A show that pays tribute to Romy Schneider

The Espace Landowski/ Musée des années 30 (1930s museum) in Boulogne-Billancourt hosts a show dedicated to Romy Schneider on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of her death.The exhibition includes objects, photos, original posters, documents, jewelry, awards, scripts, costumes, theatre programmes and other collector’s pieces. Organised chronologically, it´s an opportunity to discover the life of this award-winning actress whose film career began at age 15, when she participated in the film “When the white lilacs bloom again“. After that she worked during 30 years with some of the best directors of the time, including Richard Harris, Orson Welles and Terence Young. But for some, Romy Schneider will always be remembered for her role as Sissi – Elizabeth, Empress of Austria.
